Branding and Marketing Collateral
The Objective:Since its opening in 2007, Willow Sleep Center was in need of collecting patient referrals from doctors. They wanted a sales tool for promoting clinical sleep services.
The First Step: Willow met with our
marketing experts to develop a strategy about how to
make sleep places relevant to people's normal health
routine and to introduce how sleep centers are beneficial
to patients with sleep apnea, sleepwalking, stress,
or other related symptoms. We discussed target markets,
how the sales piece would be used, and what kind of
impact the piece would make.
The Plan: We started creating initial
designs that used a soft color palette and clean lines.
Next, we added copy about the importance of sleep services
and common symptoms. Our creative department came up
with the idea of incorporating the design and text into
a brochure that would be kept in doctors' offices when
patients needed information on sleep disorders.
For the brochure, HG Marketing provided Willow Sleep Center with the following:

• Copywriting and Editing
• Designs and Layout
• Project Management
• Print Management
The Results: Sales representatives used the brochure to increase sales overall for the sleep center. There has also been a significant increase in doctor / patient referrals.
