The Objective: NewCourtland had a new program that needed to fit within with their existing brand, but remain independent. The new service promotes their employee health services.
The First Step: Our design team discussed how this new program would appeal to NewCourtland’s employees. We needed to find out the “selling points” that would promote employee loyalty. After these were reviewed, we developed a marketing strategy that would appeal to this audience.
The Plan: A standards guide was created, as well as location fact sheets, and an event flyer. The brand standardization manual served as an in-house reference guide.
